Ready to slow down, move mindfully, and practice English in a calm, supportive space?
Join us online for Yoga with an American — a gentle, all-levels yoga session that combines mindful movement, breath, and community connection. From the comfort of your own home, you'll have the opportunity to relax, recharge, and practice English in a welcoming environment.
The session will be led by Patrice Stankavich, a Yoga Alliance–certified instructor with experience teaching diverse, international communities in studios, retreats, and community spaces. Her teaching focuses on accessible, breath-led movement, functional strength, and nervous-system awareness — meeting each participant exactly where they are, physically and emotionally.
During this Gentle Vinyasa class, you’ll move through a thoughtful flow that builds mobility and stability while creating space to pause, breathe, and restore. Clear options and modifications will be offered throughout, making the practice welcoming and meaningful for everyone.
