The America House Business Impact Series is a U.S.-led initiative that helps expand American commercial leadership in Ukraine’s reconstruction and innovation economy. As we mark 250 years of American innovation and global leadership through Freedom 250 Campaign, the Series creates new opportunities for American companies, investors, and institutions to compete and lead in one of Europe’s most dynamic emerging markets.
The Series brings together live programs, exchange alumni, startup support, and digital storytelling to create a visible and sustained platform for engagement. It showcases the United States as a global engine of innovation – highlighting American technology, entrepreneurship, and industry expertise as key drivers of Ukraine’s economic modernization.
The Series connects U.S. expertise, private-sector networks, and investment tools with Ukraine’s fastest-growing sectors – including artificial intelligence, digital technologies, advanced manufacturing, creative industries, and dual-use innovation. It showcases America as the partner of choice for growth driven by trusted standards, world-class technology, and entrepreneurial leadership.
Aligned with Freedom 250 priorities and U.S. strategic economic interests, the Series expands partnerships across key sectors – from agriculture and advanced manufacturing to digital media and urban development – while promoting U.S.-aligned education and workforce development in software engineering, AI, and emerging technologies.
The initiative also connects participants with tools and opportunities supported by the U.S.-Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund (URIF) and the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), which help businesses invest and operate in challenging environments by providing financing, guarantees, and political risk insurance – reducing uncertainty and enabling companies to expand, partner, and plan for long-term growth in Ukraine.
By engaging Ukraine’s fastest-growing sectors at a formative stage, the United States helps anchor innovation within U.S. platforms and standards – securing long-term commercial ties, talent pipelines, and market access. These efforts advance U.S. interests by expanding opportunities for American companies, supporting job creation, and building a durable foundation for sustained, mutually beneficial flows of talent, capital, and innovation between the United States and Ukraine.

Each component is designed to advance U.S. economic interests while creating clear pathways for Ukrainian businesses to engage with the United States.Business Exchange
Through American exchange programs, Ukrainian entrepreneurs gain direct exposure to the U.S. market, American business practices, and commercial networks. By engaging directly with the American business environment, participants build trusted relationships, strengthen their competitiveness, and develop clear pathways to enter and grow in the U.S. market – while advancing long-term U.S.-Ukraine economic cooperation.
UBL PIE
Promoting Innovation and Entrepreneurship (UBL PIE) Program aims to empower entrepreneurs, innovators, and businesspersons from across Ukraine with the skills to develop innovative economic, policy, and business solutions. Through a hands-on fellowship in the United States, participants will be exposed to sound business practices, leadership skills, and networking opportunities that will position them as leaders to effect change in their businesses and communities.
Open World
The program was started in 1999 by US Congress and was spread to Ukraine in 2003. Open World Program is designed to enhance mutual understanding and cooperation between Ukraine and USA by providing Ukrainian leaders an opportunity to meet with their American counterparts and exchange thoughts and ideas on the most important issues.
U.S.-Supported Market Access Programs
Practical training programs connect Ukrainian businesses with American companies, buyers, and experts – creating pathways into the U.S. market and expanding long-term commercial ties.
Challenger Bootcamp: USA Market Access
Challenger Bootcamp: USA Market Access is an online program designed to help startups and innovators prepare for entering the U.S. market. The program consists of six online workshops, focusing on practical application of tools to participants' products and business models. It includes individual and group meetings with Ukrainian and American experts, covering key blocks of preparation for the American market, such as customer discovery, product-market fit, fundraising, investor relations, marketing and sales, and legal and financial aspects.
Ukrainian Business Embassy (UBE)
The Ukrainian Business Embassy international platform for economic diplomacy that promotes Ukraine through entrepreneurship, culture, and innovation. The program advances a new model of diplomacy where business acts as an ambassador, “Made in Ukraine” becomes a global calling card, and partnerships serve as the foundation for trust and long-term collaboration.
U.S. Commercial Service Support & SelectUSA Opportunities
Participants gain access to U.S. Government tools that help Ukrainian companies enter and grow in the U.S. market.
This includes engagement with the U.S. Commercial Service and participation in SelectUSA – the premier U.S. investment platform connecting investors, companies, and economic development organizations. Through these opportunities, Ukrainian businesses gain direct exposure to American markets, partners, and investment ecosystems – creating real deal-making potential.
Alumni Business Talks
