AMERICAN FILM NIGHTS
A series of weekly film screenings and discussions from America House Kyiv taking place on Tuesdays at 18:30 at America House Kyiv (Mykoly Pymonenka Street 6.).

CREATIVE WRITING PROGRAM
On February 2, 2022, America House Kyiv launched its long-anticipated fourth round of the Creative Writing program, aimed at helping emerging Ukrainian voices to develop their writing skills and creative expression. “A Home We’ve Built” is a print publication of written works, created by the participants as a result of the program, which ran from February to August 2022.

З червня по серпень 2023 року Міський театр та Американський дім у Києві проводили навчальний курс зі створення аудіопрогулянок на лівому березі Києва. Упродовж курсу учасники та учасниці навчалися створювати і проводити аудіопрогулянки, досліджувати лівий берег Києва та розповідати його історії приєднавшись до спільноти охочих розвиватись в напрямках урбаністики, медіа, комунікацій, історичних досліджень та культурних проєктів.

FRAME THE FRAMES
Щоб підтримати українську індустрію коміксів та графічних романів, ми провели програму Frame the Frames, в межах якої відбулася серія публічних дискусій з художниками, письменниками та видавцями про їх досвід створення коміксів та графічних видань. Програма створена, щоб спікери та молоді професіонали в цій сфері могли обмінятися досвідом та поспілкуватися про те, як розпочати кар’єру, як зацікавити видавця своєю ідеєю, а також, що важливо для успішного виходу коміксів та графічних романів закордоном.

CREATIVE RESILIENCE IN A TIME OF WAR
Hear perspectives and experiences from Ukraine’s “creative front” in dialogue with American peers and experts from the creative industries in a new virtual discussion series.
America House Kyiv is launching Creative Resilience in a Time of War — a series streamed online discussions between Ukrainian and American creatives in design, advertising & culture on the purpose and challenge of creative work in the context of global challenges and the war in Ukraine.
