The pressure to be productive is everywhere. From morning routines to productivity hacks, we are constantly told how to optimize our time and achieve more. But is this constant drive for productivity actually good for us, and what do we lose when every moment has to be useful? What happened to boredom, to doing nothing, to letting the mind wander? In a world where even rest becomes something to optimize, have we forgotten the value of simply being?
Join us this week to talk about productivity culture, how we spend our time, and whether we are really living the way we want to or just the way we are expected to.
