Join us this Saturday as we continue with our Documentary Saturday screenings. This week we'll watch Meru (2015). Meru follows three elite climbers as they struggle to find their way through obsession and loss as they attempt to climb Mount Meru, one of the most coveted prizes in the high stakes game of Himalayan big wall climbing. However, his collaboration with these inspiring characters as they recreate photographic images of themselves out of garbage reveals both the dignity and despair of the catadores as they begin to re-imagine their lives.
