Join us at America House Kyiv for a conversation with Eric Haar on the power of a growth mindset and how it can help you achieve greater success in both business and relationships. 

Drawing on his experience as an entrepreneur, attorney, nonprofit leader, and former banking executive, Eric will share insights into how embracing challenges, developing resilience, and continuously improving your skills can unlock your potential and support long-term personal and professional growth. 

Together, we will discuss practical strategies for overcoming obstacles, adapting to change, and building habits that lead to stronger business outcomes and healthier, more effective relationships.

About the organizers:   

America House is a cultural center and your main resource for American culture, education, and information in Ukraine with spaces in Kyiv, Lviv and Odesa. America House organizes a wide range of activities, including English-language programs, skill-building workshops, cultural events, art exhibitions, concerts and more. America House is a space where you can work and think creatively, build cultural bridges and become a changemaker.

Eric Haar, a native of Chicago, Illinois, has lived in Kyiv since 2020. He owns an immigration law firm catering to foreigners who want to live, work and volunteer in Ukraine. Mr. Haar is also the Coordinator of International Outreach with Kitty Pechersk, a nonprofit organization in Kyiv that makes camouflage equipment for the Ukrainian soldiers. Prior to moving to Ukraine, Mr. Haar was a banking executive. Mr. Haar spends his free time traveling, volunteering, reading, running, playing golf, and volunteering.
