Quiet quitting is a modern phenomenon, described on various parts of the internet as "doing the minimum requirements of one's job and putting in no more time, effort, or enthusiasm than absolutely necessary." To ELR Charlie, that sounds like doing your job. Why exactly has the term quiet quitting entered our vocabulary? Is it much ado about nothing, or does it have broader implications for our society?
