Just three weeks ago, four humans climbed aboard the spaceship Integrity on a mission to the Moon, a place no human had visited in over 50 years. They traveled around the Moon, journeying farther than any human had ever gone before: 406,771 kilometers.
But the mission itself wasn’t the only remarkable achievement. The launch attracted more than 18 million viewers, making it the most-watched NASA event in history. Why was this so important to so many of us? What was it that gave us all something to look up to—quite literally? Join us at America House to find answers to these and other related questions!
