As we continue our weekly journey into American sports culture, we’re proud to announce the next edition of Sports Friday. This week, we’ll be screening the 2000 classic “Love and Basketball” from esteemed director Gina Prince-Bythewood. It follows childhood sweethearts Quincy and Monica as they attempt to juggle their love for each other with their love for the game of basketball, both pursuing college careers after high school.
