Culture & Community: Cultural Values

There is a proverb that says, “A good mind possesses a kingdom”, which means that knowledge is more valuable than money. At America House we value all types of knowledge, from the English language to American holidays. For those who are interested in gaining more knowledge by learning English through engaging content such as culture, the Environment, love and relationships, technology, and many more, America House’s new English class “Culture and Community” is for you.

Culture and Community is open to all participants who are 16 years of age or older and is designed for those at an intermediate level or higher.

Through attending the Culture and Community English class, you will improve your English language proficiency in all areas including reading and writing, gain more practice using English, learn more about American culture and engage with many interesting and contemporary topics.

This program will be held each Wednesday from 16:30 – 17:30. This is first come – first seated and the doors are closed after 16:45. This week’s theme will be about Cultural Values.

Please remember to bring your passport or driver’s license.
