In our essay for this week, ‘Once More to the Lake’, the great E.B. White takes us a nostalgic visit to a lake in Maine with his son in which he experiences a complex mix of emotions. This is a great summer read for our last session of the summer, - and what’s more is that it’s set in my home state near the very lake where my mom lives!
