Judith Halstead is a teacher, a traveler, a community volunteer, a writer, a museum docent and most important, a mother and grandmother. She has lived in the states of Minnesota, Florida and California. This is her third visit to Ukraine. Judith is the mother of Regional English Language Officer, John Silver. 

My town Lodi, California, USA, population 60,000, is many times smaller that Kyiv, but we are exactly in the center of one of the most important and productive states in the United States. Let me share Lodi with you, the place and the people who live in an American small town. - Judith
