Excellent leaders are not afraid of a crisis. Instead, they see challenges as an opportunity for growth. But how can one take responsibility and make decisions in a period of uncertainty, ambiguity, and rapid change? What does it take to keep helping and motivating people around you?

Join us for a virtual chat with Josh Glover, Marine Corps veteran and current President and Chief Revenue Officer of nCino. Josh has been with the company from startup to global leader in cloud banking, and he knows best how to manage and develop teams. During the session, we will talk about various crisis management methods and techniques to keep on top of things even when everything is falling apart. Specifically, we will discuss:

Josh Glover currently serves as President and Chief Revenue Officer for nCino, the worldwide leader in cloud banking. Josh joined nCino in 2012, early in the firm’s first year. Before joining nCino, Josh served for ten years as a Marine Corps Special Operations and Infantry Officer. He led Marines during four combat deployments, including three deployments to Iraq with 1st Battalion 5th Marine Regiment and one deployment to Afghanistan as a team commander with MARSOC ‘s 2d Marine Raider Battalion. He was medically retired as a Major in 2011 due to wounds from his fourth deployment. Josh’s personal military awards include the Silver Star Medal, the Bronze Star Medal for valor, three Purple Heart Medals and the Major General Edwin B. Wheeler Infantry Excellence Award.
