Andrew Costello has been traveling and living abroad since he was a little child. His love for Ukraine began when he had a college roommate from Odessa who told him stories about the homeland and tried to have fun teaching him to sing "Kreshatyk". Since graduating university, Andrew has worked in DC and Eurasia on projects related to education, english learning, tech development, and local governance.
