Women in U.S. Politics: Participation and Representation. During the lecture, Betsy Fischer will talk more about women in politics and include a portion on the current state of the US Election.
Betsy Fischer Martin spent 23 years at NBC News serving most recently as managing editor of NBC Political Programming and as the executive producer of Meet the Press where she produced interviews with presidents, heads of state, and presidential candidates. Currently, she is an executive-in-residence at The American University’s School of Public Affairs.
