America House spaces collaborate with a variety of partners including local and international NGOs, USG partners, governmental institutions, media, educational institutions, tech and start-up actors, businesses, and many more. We are also open for partnerships with all the U.S. Embassy sections.

America House Kyiv space has four rooms with different capacity to host your event: Big room (76 people max), Tech Lab (37 people max), Gallery (40 people max), Cafeteria (40 people max), Conference room (18 people max). You can book one or several rooms depending on the format of your event.

At America House Kyiv, you can implement a wide range of formats: conferences, public talks, workshops, round tables, panel discussions, presentations, tech expos, tech camps, incubators, concerts, performances, cooking demos, networking events, and receptions. America House can help bring your craziest and most creative formats to life. Your event has to be non-profit, non-political, non-religious, and bipartisan. America House is ADA-compliant and allows us to welcome visitors with disabilities and limited mobility.

We can help organize offline, hybrid, and online events. In addition, America House can assist in producing an audio or video product.

America House Kyiv is equipped with:

• audio equipment for concerts and press-conferences, including a booth for synchronous interpretation,

• professional video cameras and video mixers for recording and online streaming, including light units for the stage,

• high definition videowall and LCD screens for visuals and presentations,

• 30 laptops with essential software and interactive whiteboards for any types of educational activities,

• 3D printing machines for prototyping,

• vinyl cutting machines and thermo-press for design events,

• all necessary accessories (stands, adapters, storage devices).

Yes, we can record and live-stream your event!

America House staff can also support your event with registration, set up, and promotion on social media.

America House is open Tuesday through Friday, 12:00-8:30 pm, and Saturday, 10:00-5:00 pm. If you’d like to organize an event outside of America House working hours, please contact KyivAmericaHouse@state.gov and U.S. Embassy RSO for approval and confirm the availability with America House staff.

To enter America House Kyiv, all event attendees (except for the Embassy employees) must present state-issued photo ID (internal passport, foreign passport, or driver's license) to the guards. According to RSO guidelines, you will need to submit a guest list to America House staff at least one day prior to your event. This step is not necessary if all attendees are Embassy employees.

Persons under 16 are not allowed to enter America House Kyiv. Only in rare circumstances persons under 16 are allowed under the supervision of parents or guardians and must be confirmed with America House staff.

Of course! You can invite the media and press for an event. Please coordinate with the U.S. Embassy PD section and America House staff.

Should the sirens go off during programming, America House Kyiv may close for business and evacuate the building. We are guided by the RSO instructions when there’s an air raid alarm. In case of emergency power outages, programming will continue without interruption.

There is no shelter in America House Kyiv space. The nearest shelter is located at Sichovykh Striltsiv Str. 50. It’s 2 minutes’ walk from America House Kyiv.

It is possible to organize catering for your event. America House Kyiv does not make catering arrangements. To arrange catering, contact: mozartcatering@ukr.net

Yes, you can use our equipment and tech support from our staff.

Please allow us 3-6 business days to process your request.

Ideally please submit your request 4 weeks before or no later than 2 weeks before the event. Last-minute requests can be accommodated if the team capacity and availability of space allow.
