Stephanie Hallam is the Education Information Librarian at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, MO. She teaches library skills to students and helps faculty and students research and locate information. In addition, she supports faculty and students using and publishing Open Educational Resources and Open Access articles.
