No matter what your job is, no matter where you work, no matter the size of your your budget is (or isn’t), creativity matters. In this fast-paced workshop, Linda Norris and Rainey Tisdale will explore creativity theory and work with participants to demonstrate ideas for expanding individual and organizational creative practice. We’ll work you through the steps of trying something new, appreciating failure, convincing others of new ideas, having serious fun, and sustaining the creative energy every organization needs. And we won't be boring!
