"Невидимий Батальйон" – документальна стрічка про внесок українських жінок у боротьбі проти російської агресії, який вже бачили глядачі в різних куточках світу – від Шанхаю до Торонто та Вашингтона.
Команда фільму повернулась із великого турне Північною Америкою. Українських ветеранок приймали на найвищому рівні парламентарі Канади, Міністр оборони Канади, конгресмени США, посли, представники ООН. Правдиві свідчення героїнь фільму про війну на Сході України та документальні кадри стали потужною зброєю проти російської пропаганди.
На зустрічі-діалозі обговоримо ряд питань:
- як документальне кіно здатне змінювати уявлення світової спільноти про війну в Україну та протистояти російській пропаганді;
- як глядачі Канади та США сприйняли фільм;
- як ветеранки стають культурними дипломатами і що про російську агресію в Україні запитували парламентарі Канади, конгресмени США, чиновники та дипломати;
- як бути суб'єктом, а не об'єктом інформаційної політики;
- які ключові меседжі Україна повинна доносити міжнародній спільноті.

Truth of War: Documentaries vs. Propaganda: Struggle against Russia’s Hybrid War
How can the truth of a documentary film stand against the lies of the Russian information war?
Invisible Battalion is a documentary about the contribution of Ukrainian women in the struggle against the Russian aggression; the documentary has already been watched by audiences in various parts of the world, from Shanghai to Toronto to Washington.
The film crew and cast has just returned from a grand North American tour. Ukrainian female veterans have been received by supreme elected officials of Canada, the Minister of Defense of Canada, Congressmen of the USA, ambassadors and UNO representatives. The truthful insights of the documentary protagonists about the war in the East of Ukraine and documentary shots have become a powerful weapon against the Russian propaganda.
There will be a number of matters to discuss at the meeting:
- How documentary films can change the perception the world community has of the war in Ukraine and how it helps to fight the Russian propaganda;
- What impressions Canadian and American viewers had of the documentary;
- How female veterans become cultural diplomats and what questions the elected officials of Canada, Congressmen of the USA and diplomats asked about the Russian aggression in Ukraine;
- How to become a subject and not an object of the informational policy;
- What key messages Ukraine has to deliver to the world community.
