America House is pleased to announce two-day training for women in business and entrepreneurs with Rania Anderson, the leading authority on the career and business advancement of women in emerging economies. Rania is an international speaker, executive business coach and the author of Undeterred: The Six Success Habits of Women in Emerging Economies which is now available in Ukrainian. We invite women from all over Ukraine to participate in this highly interactive, action packed workshop based on the success of women like you around the world. Actively participate, share, and work hands on with Rania Anderson to create your own action plan for success.

Who Will Get the Most out of this Program

This program is designed for women who:

  • want to take their careers or business to the next level;
  • have been working or running a business for 2-5 years in any sector (public, corporate, entrepreneurial, etc);
  • are willing to actively participate and share their experiences;

This program is NOT for you if you are not prepared to actively participate, talk and share your ideas and experiences.


What you will get:

  • A series of short presentations full of fantastic tips, strategies and secrets to success from Rania.
  • Over 12 different types of application activities working on your own, with a partner, in small groups.
  • Sharing of ideas and commitments with everyone attending.
  • Several opportunities to meet and build connections with other women.
  • Rania’s book and workbook.

America House will cover travel and lodging expenses for selected participants from outside of Kyiv.
